Meetings are held at Meldon village hall on the first Tuesday of each month (excluding August and public holidays), starting at 7.30 pm.  Members of the public and press are welcome to attend.

A member of the public may speak during the 'Members of the Public' session on the agenda, which is usually at the start of meeting, they are then entitled to remain and listen to the rest of the meeting or they can leave.
