Cash4Clubs
This programme offers community and voluntary sports groups the opportunity to access unrestricted funding to boost their sustainability and get more people playing sports. The scheme provides grants of £2,000 to help with ongoing running costs such as facility hire, equipment, kit, coaching and volunteer expenses.
The 2024 programme is focused on supporting adult clubs. Funding is therefore available to groups that support over 18s only, with an emphasis on 18–25 year olds. There are no restrictions on how you can use the funding, but it must result in increasing adult participation in sport, particularly adults from underrepresented groups and in areas of high deprivation.
In order to be eligible for funding, clubs and organisations must be either registered charities, or clubs with a structured governance and constitution. Groups must only be supporting adult members (18+) to be eligible for funding. You cannot apply if your organisation or club runs junior activities.
Focus of fund/fund aims:
Grants of £2,000 to encourage adult participation in sport
Application deadline:
12 November 2024 (Note that the fund may close early if a large volume of applications are received)
