Farm Diversification: Circular Economies’ will be held at Hayes Meadow Organic's new production facility (Hayes Meadow Organic, Exbourne, EX20 3QU) on Thursday 12 September 2024, 12:00 - 16:00.

Hayes Meadow Organic’s innovative approach repurposes animal by-products to produce a wide array of products using beef tallow.

The agenda includes a variety of engaging speakers. Agricultural consultant, Luppo Diepenbroek will introduce Hayes Meadow Organic and share how he supported farmer Graham Macklin to diversify the business. Representatives from the University of Plymouth will present the latest research, referencing recent case studies. Andy Gray from M C Kelly will discuss mobile abattoirs and the use of ‘fifth quarter’ products. The day will also feature an opportunity to tour the facility, ask questions to our panel and to enjoy a delicious lunch!
